As a former frustrated HR executive, I could not find effective training programs off-the-shelf. Especially classes that addressed customer service, which seemed focused on fluff that wouldn't work in my reality. There was a need for something better.
We created that something better. We use an unique hybrid approach to create our solutions. We developed an effective shell for the most common employee challenges, but customize the shell to the individual organization's issues, workforce, and personality.
Our programs, consulting services, and speaking engagements, focus on your real world problems. We ask questions, mystery shop your organization, and develop a strong relationship with you, before we ever step in front of your group.
I am proud and excited about the value we add to organizations, and how employees seem to light up after we leave.
When I am not serving our clients, I love to travel and cruise. I have been fortunate to see Norway, Egypt, Australia, and most recently all 50 United States. I kickbox, and keep telling myself I am training for my next marathon.
